As I write this, another selection process is ongoing in America: the Presidential campaign (and to think the Republicans call our methods “smut” 1). Now, more than ever, sex and celebrities seem to be part of the election equation because, in the words of the Democrat’s “head celebrity herder” Shallah Weiss: “Having stars makes the convention a little sexier. Maybe there are people who don’t read the New York Times, but they’ll watch Entertainment Tonight or read Poop/magazine” tor perhaps Sleuth?).
