Kalle No 05, published in 1955, is an issue of one of Finland’s oldest men’s magazines, already in its 6th volume after launching in 1949. In the 1950s it was fairly tame, with pin-up images and long articles, before turning more explicit in the 1970s and 1980s and becoming one of the few magazines of its time with gay content.
